With his impressive Microsoft engineering and CTO background he implements a way of working, quality, architectures and frameworks that stand above most CTO’s. Xavier is an authentic practitioner of the belief that that the customer knows their market the best. He is obsessed with the customer and drives his team to listen first and seek to understand the problem they are trying to solve.
Xavier’s personal passion lies in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Reinforcement Learning (RL), which are his major bets in life for the coming years. He believes that those 2 technologies will cause a major shake-up in the industry. #visionary
